www.jamesandjames.net is a business to business site intended solely for the use
of publishers, art directors and editors.

Online payment is now possible and fully searchable galleries will be available soon.

When using the galleries to order images, the following terms and conditions apply:

Delivery:

On receipt of your full specifications we will endeavour to send images electronically
within 24 hours, or post a disc withinn the same period via first clas mail.
If for any reason the image is unavailable we will contact you to explain why and offer
alternatives.

Cancellation:

Full size previews are available for every image on the site and should be inspected
carefully before ordering as refunds cannot be given on cancelled orders in
circumstances other than those specified in the Returns Policy below.
our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Policy:

In the unlikely event that an image be delivered to you in the wrong format or size an
immediate replacement is offered.

Should an image become un-usable due to our error (e.g. missed deadline because an
incorrect version was sent) a full refund is offered.

In all other circumstances, a credit note will be issued to the full value of your order.
