Junior coaching "I really enjoy it " - James
Junior coaching lessons are typically for students of tennis
between 8-10, 12-14 and 15-17 years of age.
Lessons are tailored to the student and cater for beginners
to the competitive player.
Coaching is given in a structured format which uses games
and drills to teach stroke production, movement on
court and tactics but retain a fun and supportive environment.
Players are encouraged to become involved in competition but to enjoy it. Young Juniors are encouraged to play all sports to develop their athleticism (agility, balance and co-ordination). Lessons for older juniors (boys between the ages of 14-17 and girls between 13-17 years of age) have a strong emphasis on stroke production, tactical skills and aerobic performance.
